The Fritz high ball glass is handblown in Kenya using glass from the offcuts of window panes and uses techniques from Murano. At Mikoko, we think that the speckled red spots are synonymous with (the iron-rich earth of the Kenyan landscape / Namib Desert) OR (the striking petals of the flame tree flowers).
Each glass is handmade and may vary in shape, size and colour. At Mikoko, we believe that these features are part of what makes these glasses beautiful.
