Return & Refund policy

We hope that you are happy with your order. If for any reason you are not we have have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please return it to us within 28 days of receipt in an unused condition, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please take care to wrap it carefully so that it is not damaged in transit. We will not be able to process refunds for returns which have been damaged. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@mikoko.co.uk with subject line 'RETURN'. If your return is accepted, we’ll request that you send the item back to us with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. In the unlikely event that the the item is defective, damaged, receive the wrong item or an item is missing, please contact us immediately. We can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Terms and Conditions for returns:

  • Products returned to us must be in a resaleable condition. Products should be unused, in their original packaging with all labels attached.
  • Mikoko is not responsible for the cost of returning products to us. We always advise that you obtain a certificate of postage.
  • Please allow us up to 5 working days from receipt for your return to be processed.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refund.
